The challenge -  To design an itinerary that seamlessly balanced relaxation with productive work sessions, ensuring that the sales team left Maui both rejuvenated and energized for the year ahead. We needed to cater to the diverse preferences of the team members by offering a harmonious mix of luxury, adventure, and business planning. Additionally, the logistics of coordinating travel, accommodations, activities, and meetings had to be flawlessly executed to create a seamless experience from start to finish.

Each Account Executive (AE) was accommodated in an ocean-view suite, ensuring they experienced the utmost comfort and breathtaking views throughout their stay.
Personalized Welcome:
To set the tone for the retreat, each participant was greeted with a personalized welcome package in their suite, including branded polos, beach bags, koozies, all beach essentials, local treats, and a detailed itinerary of the retreat’s events.
